Paul: 170,582 (12%)

Shouldbe a slobber-knocker in TEXAS tonight!!!

Texas has 155 delegates up for grabs. Tonight is just a popularity contest. But it can hardly even be called a popularity contest...it's more like a 'who spent more money getting his name out there' contest. If we can show up en masse at the Texas convention, and then follow suit in California (which holds its primary next Tuesday, June 5th). Keep spreading the words of Liberty and small government! Keep people informed!

The End of America

"The Excited States of America" (Video below)

That's how a Canadian aquaintence of mine refers to the U.S. sometimes. Not all the time. Like, when I tell him about a ridiculous news story I've read about our government doing something they shouldn't be, or how we tend to blow little things way out of proportion, that's when he'll say it.

And he's right.

It dawned on me a while back, right after one such instance, that we are the "Excited States of America," and the government has realized it, too. After 9/11, a wide range of 'security measures' were taken to protect us from the evil terrorists, enemies of the state, traitors. It wasn't until we were years into two wars and the dust had settled here at home enough that a lot of people began to wake up and see the terrifying pattern. A pattern of tyranny, fear, and deceit not seen in nearly a century. Now, I'm not saying that 9/11 was a 'little thing' that we 'blew out of proportion,' I'm saying that the resulting fear, panic and disorientation that the public felt after the horrific event was used as an excuse to set fourth a plan to close an iron fist around the United States of America and everyone who occupies it.

The following is a documentary about Naomi Wolf, specifically her book "End of America: Letter of Warning to a Young Patriot." In it, she details the ten crucial steps that a government must take in order to accomplish this goal. What's most spine-chilling is the fact our own government has done, and is still doing these exact same things.

At 1:08:05 there's a Ron Paul banner crossing the view!

Please remember to donate if you can to the Ron Paul campaign at www.ronpaul2012.com there is a moneybomb going on as I write this. The campaign only needs $650k to make it to Tampe to make a difference at the convention. As of right now, we are at $548k! We can do this! Ron Paul CAN still make a HUGE impact!

IF Ron Paul fails to be nominated, he is retiring from politics. But, his goal has still been achieved now matter how it's sliced. He has planted the seeds. These seeds will grow into mighty politicians who honor the constitution and individual liberties. There were about a dozen ROn Paul supporters who won office in 2010 at the local, state, and national levels. I imagine that in 2014, there will be a lot more. This is what we need in order to totally change the country, vote in Paul supporters. Have a Ron Paul dominated congress to usher-in a Ron Paul devout candidate. I just hope the world doesn't go to shit before it happens.

Live free.

*RESULTS* NEBRASKA, OREGON

from CNN.com

NEBRASKA with 98% reporting:
Romney: 129,548 (71% projected winner)
(Santorum: 25,537 14%)
Paul: 18,199 (10%)
(Gingrich: 9,523 5%)

OREGON with 81% reporting:
Romney: 195,663 (72%)
Paul: 34,582 (13%)
(Santorum: 25,731 10%)
(Gingrich: 14,806 5%)

Although Ron Paul will not be pouring resources into primaries/caucuses anymore, he will still be attending conventions and giving speeched. The delegate strategy remains the same. I can't wait to see exactly what happens at the convention in Tampa. The conventions in Oklahoma and Arizona, as many of you have already heard, went terribly wrong with Romney supporters apparently assaulting Paul supporters resulting in both conventions being anjourned 'illegally'.

We need to be absolutely sure that we are ALL being as respectful as possible. This also means not being sarcastic or making people feel dumb just because they happen to support an idiot. I feel that we can convince people by leading by example, like Dr. Paul always says, then people will want to emulate us and our ideals. Dr. Paul is planting the seeds of freedom and liberty in us so that we may grow into the America that he envisions, but has yet to see become reality.

The Degradation of Our Liberty by Barack Obama and Willard "Mitt" Romney

Personally I'm insulted.

from cnn.com:

"Our personal freedoms have also been under attack."

Yes, Willard, they certainly have. By YOU. You support the National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA). Which strips away the rights and personal liberties of EVERY American citizen. It allows you to use the MILITARY on American soil to detain and hold indefinitely ANY American citizen YOU deem threatening.

Romney, you disgust me.

To stand there and bash the President about not defending freedom and infringing upon our liberties...how DARE you! Stealin' lines from Ron Paul, too I see. Just how stupid do you think we are? Lots of your supporters are waking up to the REAL message of liberty and REAL adherence to the constitution that Ron Paul brings to the table.

But I also find myself more and more disgusted with a man I really used to admire. I really supported him because I believed in the change that he was talking about. I now feel duped...cheated...lied to...mocked. I even kept the front page of 'The Oregonian' newspaper from the day after he was elected President. The man I'm talking about is Barack Obama. Ending the Iraq war is a good thing, of course, but he sure took his sweet time ending it. But now we still need to LEAVE Afghanistan. We need to Respect the soverignty of Pakistan AND Israel. We should not go to war with Iran or North Korea or Syria. We need to come home and guard OUR own borders.

NOT TO MENTION:

President Obama SIGNED the NDAA into law! This, to me, is the ultimate betrayal. He signed it. I have no doubt that he knew exactly what it meant: it was stripping away our liberties, and he signed it anyway. What are his intentions?

NOT TO MENTION:

President Obama also EXTENDED President Bush(43)'s Patriot Act (Which, by the way, Romney also supports; the Patriot Act trashes the 4th amendment).

NOT TO MENTION:

President Obama's Executive Order 13603. Which allows the government to take over EVERYTHING. Transportation, energy, food, and water in the name of national defense in times of emergency AND peacetime. Sound kinda shady? Well, here's the REALLY shady part, the President added the term 'non-emergency'. What exactly does 'non-emergency' mean? Again, what are his intentions?

If we do not elect Ron Paul President of the United States, disgraces to the constitution like the ones listed above will only get worse. Ron Paul is the ONLY politician running that stands up for your rights and personal liberty. The government does not belong in our personal lives. They don't need to be meddling in the internal affairs of sovereign nations.

"They" don't want you to read this...

So, reading CNN.com today, I stumble upon an article which I'm sure many of you also saw. The article was headlined: "Most republicans say Gingrich and Paul should drop out of race." There was some lady commenting on the article saying something like 'all Paul supporters are delusional...support the troops...establishment...I'm a sheep and I can't think for myself,' please keep in mind, this is not an exact quote. But, she was actually accusing Paul supporters of not supporting the troops! How dare she! My response was something like this: "It's kind of a cop-out to accuse Paul supporters of not supporting our troops. It's a dead give-away that you don't know what you're talking about and clearly you know nothing about what Ron Paul believes in, and you only know what the picture box tells you." And it's true! You just CAN'T say that a Ron Paul supporter doesn't support the troops, it's impossible. You're the delusional one if you're rallying behind Mitt Romney, who's bought and paid for by major corporations, has flip-flopped for years, and does NOT care about your rights as an individual and ignores the constitution.

As far as the original headline about Paul and Gingrich dropping out, I'm having a lot of trouble actually believing CNN these days, to be honest. This CNN 'poll' says most republicans want Gingrich and Paul out, doesn't sound right, I feel like the only people that actually answered CNN's 'poll' were Romney and Santorum supporters. It's just like CNN too, to run a story like this, in the way that they did, to distort the truth and to make a majority of the sheeple people believe exactly what "They" want you to believe. That's right, "They." No one knows who "They" are, and yet, we do. We all know that "They" control things. That "They" really make the decisions. "They" don't want you to know who "They" are...And yet, we know.

Whenever something like this happens, "They" are behind it. Although we don't quite know it, we sense it. We can feel that something is just not right. For example: Iowa, Maine, Nevada. I'll be quite honest, before those races, I thought Ron Paul had it in the bag. I thought he was going to win. Based on the information I was getting, based on what the general public was saying, he had it. But then, he didn't win. He didn't win by a lot. How? Missing votes. Extra votes. Major fraud. It's "They." "They" want war with Iran. "They" want more money. "They" want more oil. "They" want to tell you who you're allowed to marry. "They" want to tell you who you're allowed to have sex with.

"THEY" are already controlling you! That's right, smile. Big brother really is watching you. "They" already tell you what's good to eat, and what's bad to eat. "They" already tell you what your children should learn in school. "They" already tell you how you should speak by avoiding 'bad words' and being politically correct. "They" even tell you what's OK to read, what's OK to watch and what's OK to listen to. Time for a game-changer...it's time for Ron Paul.

...And so, there I go, posting videos from CNN.com...I'm horrible sometimes...

*RESULTS* LOUISIANA

At this point in the game, it's obvious Ron Paul will not be the nominee. I know it sucks to hear, but it's true. People are just too comfortable with the way things have been going to even grasp what Ron Paul is talking about. The other candidates are echoing Ron Paul's stances on many issues, but I'm still unsure as to whether this is a good thing. I'm hoping Ron Paul has some serious influence on the GOP platform, because without Ron Paul, this country would fall apart. For some strange reason Ron Paul is NOT doing well in the southern states, mostly polling at or under 5% in Louisiana. Here are the results from the Louisiana Primary...

The Aftermath *SUPER TUESDAY RESULTS*

All and all a pretty disappointing super tuesday for Ron Paul supporters like myself. But that's ok because the way he's running his campaign allows him to run all the way to the convention if he wants to.

I really really wish that something remarkable would happen to catapult Ron Paul to the top...WAY over the top, and beat Obama. But what would that be? I mean, what if there's proof that Romney hired illegals or had three extra wives? what if Newt's current wife falls ill and he seeks yet another divorce? What if Rick Santorum decides make one too many comments about women, gays, or Muslims.

Why can't people see that Romney is a phony. He's a photo copy of Obama. Why can't they see that Rick Santorum is very, VERY dangerous. Why can't they see that Newt Gingrich's time has passed and that he will over react just like all the others. Ron Paul is the only one that actually think rationally. Here are the numbers from Super Tuesday as found on CNN:

Why On Earth Would You Vote For RObamney!?

I'll start quickly with this little ditty here, apparently six Romneys are throwing their support behind Ron Paul! Here's a link to the article from csmonitor.com:

http://www.csmonitor.com/USA/Elections/From-the-Wires/2012/0305/How-many-Romneys-are-voting-for-Ron-Paul

Now,

If there are any Mitt Romney supporters out there that may have stumbled on to this blog, could you please tell me what is so appealing about him that you want to vote for him and put him in power. Please? I'm begging you. Why would you vote for Mitt Romney?

Mitt Romney is not different from Obama on health care, foreign policy, the budget, or constitutional rights. Romney is a phony, he's big government, and big business. He does not care about your individual rights as a person, and he does not care that this country no longer follows its constitution as laid out by our founding fathers.

Romney ignores the constitution. Romney ignores the founders. Mitt Romney is only attraction to the highest office in the land is money and more power. He's grunting like Tim 'The Tool Man' Taylor: "More POWER UH UH UHooo!"

I plead with everyone, please, please, please google Ron Paul. Read about his views and all of his opinions and beliefs, and you will understand. But if you refuse, then it's just proof that you are blind and that you're doing everything according the government's plan. If you've made it this far, why not go a little further? Discover the truth about Ron Paul. The main stream media twists what Dr. Paul says and make it their own.

Mitt Romney was the Governor of Massachusetts for ONE term. That's it. He doesn't have a very impressive resume if you ask me... And by the way, this does not make him a 'Washington outsider', he is very much an 'insider' big money, back room deals, and lobbyist/ special interest groups influencing his decisions. Oh yeah, and we can't forget about the flip flops!

If more people voted with their conscience than with the crowd, the problems of this country would be greatly diminished. If people voted based on the facts, and realize that the news on T.V. may not be entirely truthful, or that, they twist the truth, or omit small parts to make you think exactly what they want you to think.

So if you're still voting for Mitt Romney...or Rick Santorum, or Newt Gingrich for that matter, then all I can say is this: Enjoy your rights while you have them. You live in a police state. Haven't you ever seen the movies? No, better yet, haven't you ever read the history books? Bigger government control equals less freedoms that YOU are entitled to, no matter what the constitution says.

CNN Arizona debate, or, Ron Paul Schools 'em All!

Just saw this article on CNN.com, lol. Duh! Guess who's economic plan WON'T add to the deficit...

http://money.cnn.com/2012/02/23/news/economy/gop_candidates_deficits/index.htm

Now, the CNN Arizona debate.

Ron Paul won, hands down! He tore the other candidates to pieces. His answers were consistent as usual and he didn't let Santorum or Romney get away with their usual bullshit. One of my favorite moments is when RP called Santorum fake, and as a quick little joke, Santorum points and touches his arm saying "Look, I'm real, Ron" and Ron Paul just says "Congratulations!" and continues to make Santorum look like...well, Santorum. Here's the clip:

PRICELESS! CLASSIC RP!

Here's all the Ron Paul highlights:

Awesome.

Now here's the debate in its entirety:

I will say this: Speaker Gingirch's purple tie looked pretty schnazzy.

I hope, if anything, this first debate in about a month, and last debate before Arizona and Michigan votes has opened people's eyes. Did you hear the audience? Can't people hear that Ron Paul is sincere and speaking from the heart and truly believes in what he says, and is not bought and paid for like the others. Ron Paul constantly proves the other candidates are liars and manipulators, yet people still don't get it for some reason.

Latest poll numbers, Arizona debate, March on Washington

Santorum is dripping all over the country! Hopefully for not much longer. As soon as America wakes up and realizes just how dire the situation is, they will gravitate towards Ron Paul. On can only hope...

Here's lovely little article about an ad that's been running in Michigan for a bit, calling Santorum fake. He totally is too. He's big government, voted to increase the debt ceiling and supports NDAA, which goes completely against our rights as American citizens, garanteed by our constitution!

http://politicalticker.blogs.cnn.com/2012/02/21/paul-ad-slams-santorum/

Here's a look at some of the most recent polls:

from realclearpolitics.com:

NBC News/Marist polls

Marquette University
WISCONSIN:

Paul: 17%
Gingrich: 12%

CALIFORNIA:
Romney: 31%
Santorum: 25%
Paul: 16%
Gingrich: 12%

National numbers:

Associated Press/GfK
Santorum: 33%
Romney: 32%
Paul: 15%
Gingrich: 15%

Quinnipiac
Santorum: 35%
Romney: 26%
Gingrich: 14%
Paul: 11%

Gallup Tracking
Santorum: 35%
Romney: 27%
Gingrich: 15%
Paul: 10%

These numbers look pretty good for Ron Paul. what really worries me is that phsycho Santorum is gaining in popularity. My prediction is that eventually Gingrich will drop out of the race, that I'm sure of. Eventually Romney OR Santorum will drop out, or both, leaving only Ron Paul standing. Unless the rumors of the GOP putting another contender into the race for the White House late in the game to try and steal it from Paul.

Tonight is the debate in Arizona. Although I know Congressman Paul will do exceptionally well as usual, I don't think his message will be well-recieved in the Grand Canyon State, where there lives a large Mormon population, where Romney has strong support. Also, there is a large population of evangelical seniors, where Santorum has strong support.

If anything, I think tonight's debate will open people's eyes and they will realize just how fake Santorum and Romney both are. I can't wait to see what will happen at the deabte, and on the 28th when Arizona and Michigan vote, then Washington, and then Super Tueday!

And of course, we cannot forget, the Veteran's March on Washington for Ron Paul!

I got goosebumps watching this video. It's just so moving to see all those brave soldiers who support Ron Paul! Such an inspiration!

Judge Nap's final word, Lastest poll numbers, and the 'Maine event'

Here's Judge Napolitano's final word on the final episode of 'Freedom Watch':

You will be missed, Judge. It's sad that you voice was silenced, but I hope not forever. It is clear that you truly believed in the constitution, as so few do now.

The poll numbers do not look very good right now. I'm afraid that Santorum the psycho is in the middle of quite the surge...

Here are some polls from realclearpolitics.com:

A poll from Detroit News:
MICHIGAN:
Santorum: 34%
Romney: 30%
Gingrich: 12%
Paul: 9%

A poll from Rasmussen reports:
OHIO:
Santorum: 42%
Romney: 24%
Gingrich: 13%
Paul: 10%

Also from Rasmussen:

Obama: 51% Gingrich: 37%

From gallup tracking:
Republican nomination:
Santorum: 32%

Gingrich: 14%

There will be a debate in Mesa, Arizona on the 22nd of February.
Arizona and Michigan vote on the 28th of February.

Here's Rachel Maddow talking about Maine:

I still can't seem to grasp what is going on here. Our country has gone mad if they think that Romney, Santorum or Gingrich are any different from each other, or from Obama! The establishment, including democrats, including republicans must be voted out! The establishment doesn't run things WE run things. We don't work for the government, the government works for us! The people should never fear their government, government should always fear their people!

This war mongering that is now happening must be stopped for it will be the start of World War 3. We MUST get out of the middle east as soon as humanly possible!

The 'Maine Event', wake up Americans

I want to start with a video from the CPAC event. It's a 27 minute speech given by Daniel Hannan, a British conservative member of the European Parliament.

Now, on to the 'Maine event':

It was a squeaker in Maine Saturday. Mitt Romney edging out Ron Paul for the win with 2,190 votes (39%) to Paul's 1,996 votes (36%). Santorum got 989 (18%) and Gingrich received 349 (6%). The problem here is that the caucus in Washington County, one of Ron Paul's strongest counties, was postponed due to inclement weather. Even though the girl scouts somehow managed to hold an event without worrying about the weather.

The chair of the Maine GOP even said that they're not going to bother counting the votes from Washington county because it 'wouldn't make much of a difference'. Really? Again, Washington county is Ron Paul's strongholds and would more than likely yield over 200 votes. (That's more votes than separates Ron Paul from Mitt Romney). The amount of snow forecast was no more than 3-5 inches, which is hardly unusual for Maine. While Washington county's caucus was cancelled for snow, other counties that was also forecast to get snowfall weren't cancelled.

This is obviously the work of someone pulling the strings in Romney's favor. The GOP chair even said that the Washington county votes would never be counted.... WHY NOT!? You are obviously afraid of Ron Paul. You are rigging the election, you are making votes disappear and you are NOT playing by the rules, and perhaps what the saddest part about it is that you're not even doing a very good job of it.

This makes me sick. EVERY eligible voter SHOULD be able to vote, and EVERY vote SHOULD be counted regardless of weather, regardless of what time it is or what day of the week it is. At this moment I am very ashamed to call myself American, we used to be the model of democracy around the world, and that is being eroded away. Our erosion from democracy began slowly at first, but in the last 8 or ten years, it has accelerated exponentially. WHY can't people realize what is going on?! We need to wake up and realize that NOTHING will change for the better unless WE vote against the people in power. ON WE CAN GIVE OUR GOVERNMENT POWER. WE CAN TAKE THAT POWER AWAY, the government it seems has forgotten that. One day they will wake up and find that the citizens no longer believe in them.

Well, that's my rant. Here's a video of Ron Paul on 'Face the Nation' today and as usual Ron Paul tells it like it is from his heart, unscripted, unrehearsed, and truly sincere:

Here are the "results" of the Maine caucuses from CNN.com:

STILL with ONLY 95% reporting:
MAINE
Romney: 2,190 (39%)
Paul: 1,996 (36%)
Santorum: 989 (18%)
Gingrich: 349 (6%)

Saturday, February 11, 2012

Maine caucus RESULTS.

All I have to say is: WHAT THE FUCK!?

From cnn.com:
With 95% reporting:

MAINE
Romney: 2,190 (39%)
Paul: 1,996 (36%)
Sanotorum: 989 (18)
Gingrich: 349 (6%)

WHAT THE FUCK!?
(Pardon my Santorum)

Romney won the CPAC straw poll today, which mean exactly woop. First, I'm inclined to cry foul over the fact that this year they went digital with the votes. Fraud is too easy electronically. Second, Ron Paul won the past two years in a row. CNN is saying all this b.s. as if it matter like Romney's got his momentum back and all this, what momentum?! NO! He doesn't have momentum! MSM B.S.

Friday, February 10, 2012

Three things I hate: Santorum, Romney, and....um...uh...uhhhh...oops.

So, three victories for Rick "Frothy" Santorum. BUT, that realy doesn't matter! This is 'Reality Check' by Ben Swann of WXIX Cincinnati, Ohio:

Also shows so promising results for Ron Paul! :)

Of course all the media up-roar has given Santorum a litt bump in the polls lately. Paul unfortunately is running where he always runs which is about 10%. HOWEVER, he is reportedly doing very well in Maine, which will conclude its week-long caucus on saturday February 11th. Ron Paul could see his first win this election cycle!

Also in the news, Fox announced the other day that it was canceling 'Freedom Watch' with Judge Napolitano. Clearly Fox does not want anyone supporting Ron Paul. This was, first of all, a terrific show! It had a terrific host who was very informative and real. I'm sure some other network will pick up Judge where Fox dumped him. Their loss! Screw Fox news! Judge Napolitano was one of Ron Paul's most vocal public supporters, and that made Fox nervous. Fox, you are a disappointment.

Judge had this to say on his facebook page:
"As many of you no doubt have heard, FreedomWatch will end next week. The good folks who own these studios and these cameras have other uses for them. We have had a marvelous ride together, and I know from the thousands of emails that have come our way, that you have been faithful to the message of freedom and to your Night Watchman as its temporary messenger. Your Night Watchman is not going anywhere. I will be all over the Fox News Channel, just as I was before FreedomWatch, and I might even have some surprises in store for you; not the least of which will be a grand finale sometime next week. The angels and the saints who close doors also open them."

I say boycott Fox.

Meanwhile, Mitt Romney was campaigning in Maine today...I say: "What for!?" He hasn't spent a dime up there until he must have realized that he might loose the state, which would be huge, considering an embarassing lose for Mitt in CO, MO, and MN. I say "Good!" The more people that wake up and realize that Mitt Romney is a complete and total phony, that likely those people will turn to Paul. Ever notice how Mitt just nervously laughs and stutters through questions that make him squirm? I've noticed it. Whenever the questions start coming from and unscripted area of Mitt's brain he tightens up and starts repeating himself, his eyes get huge, it's pathetic. It's REALLY pathetic that he has so many Americans fooled right now.

If YOU live in Maine and happen upon a Mitt Romney event, heckle him! Make him answer those uncomfortable questions about his money, about his time at Baine, remind that he is NOT the true conservative in this race, remind him that his health plan was the blueprint of the Obama plan, remind him that he IS big business and bigger government.

This^^ video was today at a Mittens event in Maine. Bless this woman, share this video, try your damnedest to get people to realize Romney is a fake, phony, fraud and he does NOT care about you, about us, about the U.S.

*REVISED*Colorado, Minnesota, Missouri poll numbers, Predictions

National GOP poll numbers from Reuters/Ipsos released TODAY:
Romney 29%
Paul 21%
Gingrich 19%
Santorum 18%

Looking forward to the contests tomorrow. Colorado and Minnesota hold their caucuses and Missouri holds a primary. Though Paul is not going to win, he's collecting delegates and his support is growing.

Here are the latest polls out of those states:

from realclearpolitics.com:

Colorado: PPP poll
Romney 37%; Santorum 27%; Gingrich 21%; Paul 13%

Minnesota: PPP poll
Santorum 33%; Romney 24%; Gingrich 22%; Paul 20%

Missouri: PPP poll
Santorum 45%; Romney 34%; Paul 13% (Newt's name is not in the Missouri ballot)

Remember, Colorado and Minnesota are caucus states, which means you do not have to register republican to vote for Ron Paul. Missouri is a primary state and you must be a registered republican in order to vote Ron Paul. Also something to remember is that Missouri's primary is non-binding. This means that no matter who wins the popular vote, it will not determin who gets all of the state's 52 delegates.

Also here are head to head polls vs. Obama from realclearpolitics.com
Obama 48.5% vs Romney 44.5%
Obama 48.2% vs Paul 42.0%
Obama 49.8% vs Santorum 41.2%
Obama 51.7% vs Gingrich 40.5%

In Minneapolis earlier this evening, Ron Paul spoke in front pf a packed house at the Minneapolis convention center! Two Minnesota representatives were on hand gave amazing introduction speeches, Rep. Jim Abeler and Rep. Kurt Bills. Bills is the man speaking as the video starts, I wish there was a video showing his entire speech, he gets the crowd so riled up for Ron Paul, it was really cool. **Just found a video, inclusive of the Intro speechs by Rep. Abeler and Rep. Bills, enjoy:

MY PREDICTIONS:
Colorado: Ron Paul gives Gingrich a run for his money but comes in 4th.
Minnesota: Ron Paul Surprises and wins 3rd over Newt.
Missouri: Ron Paul 3rd.
Let's hope they can count the votes correctly this time.

I'm also thinking Gingrich may drop out soon, but, maybe not he's guarateed a win in Georgia, his home state. He's just all around not doing so well.

Final NV results, A Republic in Distress, NDAA

Final Nevada numbers from CNN.com:
Ronmey: 16,486(50%)
Gingrich: 6,956(21%)
Paul: 6,175(19%)
Santorum: 3,277(10%)

The more I think about it, the less angry I get over the Nevada caucus. True, in all of the other states that have voted so far, Ron Paul's numbers have increased in a big way, but in Nevada, just 100 votes or so more than in '08. But, I did predict that we would have a strong third, possibly second place finish.
---------------------------------------------------------------------------------
What has happened to our republic?

Our republic is in distress.

The men and women who control it have lost their way. I use the word 'control' not 'lead' beacause, it used to be that the President, or even lesser public office figures like senators and congressmen/women, governors and mayors were looked up to. They were respected. They were revered as stand-up citizens doing their part. They were emulated, and inspirational.

It used to be that the president cared about freedom and justice for all. He took his oath seriously. He cared about YOU. The people. The constitution. The most sacred document in the land. Our rights. Our God given rights were to never be infringed upon. Life, liberty, and the persuit of happiness. All of those rights have been trampled on. They've added an asterisk to each and every one of those phrases. Life, liberty and happiness are now harder to find in the United States.

It used to be that the federal government didn't get involved in medicine. It used to be that the federal government didn't care who you have sex with. It used to be that the government didn't care who you married, didn't tell you what or how to eat, didn't tell you what you could see or listen to, or read. It used to be that the federal government didn't not get involved in every aspect of your life. It used to be that you kept every penny you earned.

Why has this happened? Control.

This nation has never been more divided on such a wide range of issues. I've ben hearing word that the 'Occupy' movment is going to start getting more violent, and frankly that scares me. I think that's it. I have never been more afraid of not only this country, but the entire world. We've created so many enemies for ourselves, so much resentment all over the world due to our actions.

Here's a video that describes 'blowback':
http://www.youtube.com/user/EndorseLiberty/featured

Ron Paul get's shit going on the floor of congress. It's just so unfortunate that no body wants to listen to him, or don't even give him a chance. The economy has a lot to do with it.

We must wake up, or we will fall.

Nevada, and Romney, the flip-floppin', pink-slippin' phony

Before I get started, a look at Romney, the flip-floppin', pink-slippin' phony:

Now, what a day. One word: NEVADA

First: What the hell is going on in Nevada!? Last night around ten o'clock CNN cut from live coverage of the NV caucus results and began looping coverage from hours earlier in the night.

As I write this, CNN.com has the following results:

With 91% reporting:
Romney: 15,364 50%
Gingrich: 6,591 21%
Paul: 5,871 19%
Santorum: 3,174 10%

The Nevada GOP website pretty much says the same thing.

Results are coming in extremely slow at this point.

Second:
I'm going to call all out fraud, but something is not right in this election. There reports of some areas having more votes than voters.

I just don't know what to think, there are so many different reports. That make everything seem suspicious. I read that the chairwoman of the Nevada GOP resigned at 12:01 this morning, Saying it was because her husband is running for office and was eliminating a potential conflict of interest.

Like I said, I don't know what to think. BUT, I did, however, say that Ron Paul should come in a strong thid, if not a close second place. Maine shows promise. Anyway, I'll post agin in the morning when I've had a chance to think and do some more research. 'Til then.

Romney the tool, Santorum and Newt doing poorly, and Piers Morgan

Good morning! It's decision day in Nevada and Maine (sort of)! Both caucus state will begin voting today, BUT, the Maine caucuses don't close until February 11th. Up for grabs are Nevada's 28 delegates, and Maine's 24 delegates. There aren't any new poll numbers for me to give you, but, as soon as I find a ledgitimate poll, I'll put it up for you to see.

Here's a little video of Mitt talking to a room full of your voters, a man in theaduience asks a good question about marijuana. Mitts response is babbling and stuttering, and draws ZERO applause from anyone. Sidenote: Mitt's 'Thank you' right after he thinks he made a good point always bothers the hell outta me. He's just soooo damn scripted! Anyway, here's the clip:

I want to lead today's post by reminding everyone how much of a tool Romney is. First, yesterday, 'The Romney' fired his debate coach. The same debate coach that actually got him boosts after each debate. A lot of people have given him credit for Romney's debate performances. Good. I'm glad. It just solidifies the point that Mitt really does like to fire people. He is totally disconnected with the common man. I mean seriously, he offers a $10k bet? I still can't believe it!

Also yesterday, Mitt Romney's facebook page had a status update on it that rather astonished me. The post read: "The America I believe in is governed by the U.S. Constitution and I will not hesitate to use the powers of the presidency to protect religious liberty."

W...T...F...
Seriously, Mitt? Seriously!? Sounds you stole a line right out of Ron Paul play-book. "Protect religious liberty"? Why not ALL liberty, Mitt!? Why don't actually back those words up and drop out of the race and endorse Ron Paul, because you KNOW, YOU KNOW full well that you are completely and hoplessly clueless. You don't know why you're running for president...wait, maybe you do, maybe Goldman Sachs asked you to, you know, as a favor to them...since they have so much $$$ invested in you. Mitt Romney, you do not care about liberty, in fact, I think you're quite prepared to stomp on individual liberied left and right. You support NDAA. You support the Patriot Act. That ALONE should have you tried and imprisoned for high treason.

Ok, moving on to Gingrich. In Nevada, tha Gingirch camp is doing quite poorly. He's 'this' close to dropping out and I can't wait! His numbers are slipping, and not one single elected official in Nevada has endorsed him. He hasn't spent a lot of time or money in the state, and he even snubbed a meeting with the state's popular governor. Ahhhh, I can just smell Newt's desparation!

Just a quick note here: Rick 'Santorum' Santorum has failed to get his name on the ballot in Indiana. That's at least two states now, if I'm not mistaken. Go to hell, Rick. Take that sweater vest and shove it! $th place for you today, amigo!

Lastly, Ron Paul was on 'Piers Morgan Tonight' yesterday. Those of you who watched it, probably share my opinion of the interview and Mr. Morgan. If you haven't heard or didn't see the interview, here it is in full from youtube.com, uploaded by ronpaul2008dotcom:

Lastly for now, the money trail in Nevada is pretty interesting to me. In Nevada, since last Friday, Ron Paul hes spent $28,340 on positive ads in the state, and a total of $869,650 there since the beginning of January. Romney, has spent $249,220 since last Friday on 590 ads, 427 of those were negative. Romney's super-pac 'Restore Our Future' spent $73,240 on 123 negative. Since January 1st, Romney has spent $488,460 in the state.

That last thing I'll say today: email Piers Morgan, or comment on this status updates on facebook, and tell him to STFU! If you don't know what STFU means, look it up and tell Piers to LET THE DR. SPEAK! How ANNOYING was that, to hear Piers CONTINUOUSLY interrupting him, and all around treating Ron Paul like crap.

New poll numbers in NV, AZ, MI; Straw poll wins; Hispanics in Politics

I was able to find a few new poll numbers this morning from realclreapolitics.com and rasmussenreports.com.

realclreapolitics.com: publicpolicypolling.com:
NEVADA:
Romney 50%
Gingrich 25%
Paul 15%
Santorum 8%

rasmussenreports.com:
ARIZONA:
Romney 48%
Gingrich 24%
Santorum 14%
Paul 6%

MICHIGAN:
Romney 38%
Gingrich 23%
Santorum 17%
Paul 14%

Possibilities:
I believe that Ron Paul, champion of liberty defender of the constitution, has a real chance of AT LEAST coming in a strong 3rd place finish in Michigan, maybe even a second place finish due to Gingrich's slumping numbers all across the board. Same thing in Arizona although, less likely.

In Nevada, however, Paul has a good chance of showing that he's the closest competition to Mitt Romney. A strong 2nd place finish there would probably shock the media, and REALLY get some attention to the Paul camp.

There are some interesting headlines I stumbled across last night that Paul supporters should share with everyone. First, Ron Paul spoke at the 'Hispanics in Politics' meeting, which really shouldn't be a big surprise to anybody. The major issue here is that the 'Hispanics in Politics' also invited the other three candidates; Santorum never even returned the call. Romney declined. Gingrich declined. You'll see in the video:

Also, Ron Paul WON the Arizona straw poll on 1/28/12 with 85% (256 votes).

Ron Paul also won a Central Michigan Univerity You Republicans straw poll on tuesday taking in 50% of the votes.

...And another straw poll in Tennessee was won by the good Dr. Paul getting 200 votes, that's 100 votes more than any of his opponents! However, in Tennessee, Santorum ended up with the endorsement from the Tennessee Republican Assembly. Full artical here.

Well, that's all for now, I might have another post up later in the day. We'll see. Happy voting, and spread the words of FREEDOM and LIBERTY!

Trump is a joke, Paul's numbers up against Obama

Donald Trump today announced his endorsement of Mitt Romney. As I've said before when Herman Cain endorsed Gingrich, this will hurt him. Now, after Cain's endorsement, Gingrich's numbers are slipping, not only that, but he's also embroiled in a vote counting dispute in Florida, and he's suing to get on the ballot in Virginia. Donald Trump endoring Romney won't help Romney at all. Personally I think Trump is a joke. Everything he does is just to get his name in the news. When he wanted to host/moderate a Dec 27th debate, all the candidates refused, including Mitt Romney.

Also, several news outlets were originally reporting that Newt would land the Trump endorsement, citing sources inside the gingrich camp. So why the mix-up? Campaign disorganization? Did Trump promise Gingrich an endorsement and then back out? We'll never know, at least not now. Hammonddemanded to know who in the campaign gave that information, but, of course, reporters don't reveal their sources easily. After being pressed further by reporters about the mix-up, Hammond meandered away saying "I'm already tired of you...I need a nap."

But it makes perfect sense that Trump should endorse Romney, they're wall street buddies. Rich corporate moguls have to stick together right? Romney was Governor of Massachusetts for one term. That's it. Trump is NOT a politician. He's a real estate mogul! Romney is not a politician, he's corporate pig, a liar, and has no clue why he wants to be president. He does not care about US.

Meanwhile, a couple new polls from realclearpolitics.com
Head-to-head vs. Obama:
Obama 47.4% vs Romney 45.5%
Obama 47.4% vs Paul 43.0%
Obama 50.3% vs Santorum 41.0%
Obama 51.6% vs Gingrich 39.8%

National polls:

Gingrich 29.5%
Romney 28.8%
Santorum 16.8%
Paul 12.3%

Ron Paul's numbers are looking great against Obama, second only to Romney's!

I expect to see Romney's numbers slowly start to level off then drop. I see this whole Donald Trump thing as a joke, and just a bid Trump to get his ugly orange face in the news again, and a bid by Romney to appeal to those who are in wall street and mega-corporations, and to those who watch that crappy t.v. show that Trump is on.

And lastly, for now, good ol' Benny boy from the fed said this "fed will protect U.S. economy from Europe"....right. Click the link for the full article from cnn.

Santorum is a pile of Santorum

I friggin LOVE this clip. I remember watching this debate. First of all, I want to say that earlier in the race, when Perry was still in it and Huntsman maybe, but Santorum just kept going after Ron Paul and trying to throw little crowd-pleasing quips at him. In one debate, Congressman Paul's mic was giving feedback, Paul paused and said "There it goes again," in jest. As the Congresman was about to continue, FORMER Senator Douchebag Santorum cuts him off by saying "Nah, they caught ya not tellin' the truth, Ron"... How childish.

Anyway, earlier this month, in the second South Carolina debate, CNN's John King was just about to breeze on past Ron Paul on the government's role in abortion, when the crowd begins to boo and demand the Paul be given time on the issue. Well, watch the video...

BOOOOOOOOOOM!!!! Congressman Paul shuts Santorum DOWN!

To say Ron Paul is 'dangerous' is dangerous

CIA Chief endorses Ron Paul for President 2012!
Citing Paul's stance on foreign policy, and calling out BOTH party establishments of warmongering. Ron Paul is America's ONLY hope for true PEACE and PROSPERITY!

The chief hits the nail right on the head! Benjamin Netanyahu himself said: "Israel can defend itself." The U.S. needs to stay out of the way, if we truly respect Israel's soverignty, we will stop the warmongering.

The U.S. has largely ignored it's own boarders as far as security goes, only to focus that security on the boards of Iraq, Afghanistan, Pakistan, and Iran. Enough!

Meanwhile, polls have Ron Paul doing VERY well in Nevada as well as Maine! Newt Gingrich was actually right on something for a change, Newt said: "It's a two man race" after losing Florida. Mr. Speaker didn't know that it's really a two man race between Paul and Romney.

Also CNN.com caught up with the Congressman for short little interview, asking if Ron Paul was going to drop out, or run as a third party. Ron Paul's response: No chance! Sweet!

New poll numbers:
I have not been able to find a reliable source of polls that are updated daily)

From digitaljournal.com, a polls finds (not surprisingly) that Ron Paul would actually do quite well, if not BETTER than Mitt Romney in a head to head against Obama. (click the link for the full article) Obama 49%/Paul 46%.

And last but not least: Happy 55th Anniversary to Ron and Carol Paul! :)

Ret. U.S. Army Intelligence Colonel says Ron Paul is right on Iran

Col. Anthony Shaffer explains why Ron Paul is right on about Iran, and how the other candidates' positions are not only dangerous, but ill-advised.

We need to mind our own business. I don't think anyone realizes that we ARE three steps away from World War 3. If we attack Iran, or impose on their soverignty as a nation (more than we already have) then eventually Iran's allys will get involved. No, I'm not talking about thier small-time allys, I'm talking about Russia, and maybe even China. If we attack their nuke sites, then Russia will threaten us...In fact, Russia already HAS threatened us, saying that if the U.S. attacks Iran, the U.S. will be attacked.

Opening our hearts to nations around the world is the key to peace and properity GLOBALLY! We as a country need to start minding our own business, it can only do good things for us.

Senate Armed Services Committee: "Romney doesn't know what he's talking about"

Full article from yahoo.com

PEACE and PROSPERITY 2012! Vote for Ron Paul!

Paul speaks in Nevada after Florida polls closed

With 95% reporting out of Florida CNN.com reports the following numbers:

Romney: 769,513 46%
Gingrich: 530,044 32%
Santorum: 221,767 13%
Paul: 116,466 7%

Florida, and beyond

As I write this, cnn.com the following results in the Florida primary:

With 82% reporting
Romney: 763,848 46%
Gingrich: 524,741 32%
Santorum: 219,634 13%
Paul: 115,271 7%

Although much more positive outcome compared to the '08 election, still only good enough for a fourth place finish. Not bad for not having spent a dime in the state. More than doubled the numbers from last election.

I have a gut feeling that my boy Ron Paul will do much, MUCH better in the western states. After these losses in Florida for Santorum and Gingrich, I don't think they can hold out much longer. The gingrich campaign has already lowered their expectations regarding the western states, even though Newt has 'vowed' to be the GOP nominee. Santorum is just simply out of it.

In the west, sandly Romney will do better as well, considering the Mormon population in those states. I feel ROn Paul will do better on the left coast simply because his non-interventionist forign policy, as well as his stance on the war on drugs. Not to mention his fiscal policy.

By the way, I don't think Romney should ever attempt to carry a tune EVER again.

81% reporting in Florida

Romney (winner) 755,108 47%
Gingrich 514,911 32%
Santorum 215,361 13%
Paul 113,134 7%

This is despicable. Gingrich needs to answer for this QUICK!

Poll watch, eve of the Florida primary

Today, on the eve of the Florida primary, the polls on realclearpolitics.com show that, in FLorida, Mitt Romney is at 41.6%, Gingrich is at 29.1%, Santorum is at 12.8%, and Paul is at 10.1%. I feel like Santorum is likely to drop out of the race soon. He's running our of money quick, polls show him very, very weak for the February states. Santorum is not on the ballot in all states, neither is Newt Gingrich, plus he and Newt are running the farthest behind Barack Obama in a head to head poll: Obama 50.6%; Santorum 40.6%

Here's a look at the rest of the field:

Obama 47.5% Romney 45.1%

Obama 47.7% Paul 42.3%

Obama 50.6% Santorum 40.6%

Obama 51.9% Gingrich 39.1%

Looks like Ron Paul poses a REAL threat to Mitt Romney! All this talk about 'outsiders' lately...who's more outsider than who and who's been in the private this or that. Some say Paul is not an outsoder because he's been in congress for 20+ years, BUT if you look at his voting record and look at his politcal stances, you'll see that he is the most "outsider" as you get. He votes against governemnt spending, he votes against international intervention, and government intervention in our lives.

I always hear people say "Ron Paul is crazy," sometimes they use other words, but, if those people would actually sit down and take the time to research the candidates, they would a very different opinion of at least Ron Paul if not any other candidate. Ron Paul actually cares about you as an individual and respects the fact that you are entitled to inalianable rights, and that you should be able to run your life as you see fit as long as you're not hurting anyone or imposing on anyone else.

I saw today someone said "ObamaPaul2012." How can you make that comparison? Again, Look up the facts your self anddecide with your heart, not what the media tells you too, not what your parents tell you, not even what your spouse tells you.

Mitt Romney is a liar, he cannot be trusted!

Just to emphasize my point from the previous post.

Poll Watch 2012

Of course, Mitt Romney is all over the news because a new poll in Florida has him holding a solid lead. According to realclearpolitics.com, Romney has 41% support in Florida, with Gingrich at 29.7%, Santorum at 13.5% and Ron Paul at 9.8%. Paul's numbers are rising slowly but surely. Nationally, Gingrich is ahead with 30.3%, Romney with 27.5%, Santorum at 16.3%, and Paul at 12.8%. Santorum has experienced a little boost since yesterday, I hate to say it, but probably a little sympathy support because his daughter is in the hospital.

Strangely enough, an NBC/Marist poll split Santorum support between Gingrich and Romney if Santorum were to drop out, why!? How would no support go to Ron Paul? Are Santorum supporters that entrenched, that blind to see that Ron Paul is the only logical candidate? I truely believe that Ron Paul will blow the rest of them out of the water in the western states.

Also from realclearpolitics.com, polls from states that are having primaries and caucuses in February (after Florida). These states are: Maine and Nevada caucuses February 4th; Colorado and Minnesota caucuses, and Missouri primary February 7th; Arizona and Michigan primary February 28th.

NEVADA: Romney 33%, Gingrich 29%, Paul 13%, Santorum 3%.

MAINE: Romney 24%, Gingrich 18%, Paul 5%, Santorum 2%

COLORADO: Gingrich 37%, Romney 18%, Paul 6%, Santorum 4%

MINNESOTA: Gingrich 36%, Romney 18%, Santorum 17%, Paul 13%

MISSOURI: No polls yet.

MICHIGAN: Romney 31%, Gingrich 26%, Paul 14%, Santorum 10%

ARIZONA: Gingrich 28%, Romney 23%, Paul 8%, Santorum 3%

I think it goes without saying that Santorum has had it. He'll probably throw in the towel pretty soon. he's broke, his dughter's sick, and he lack the support needed...he lacks the type of support that is required to win. PLUS, I haven't been able to confirm this myself, but apparently Gingirch and Santorum are NOT on the ballot in a whole bunch of states, and that they both would need a miracle straight out of heaven in order to win enough delagates to win the nomination.

Also from realclearpolitics.com a poll showing each individual candidate against President Obama:

Obama 47.2% vs Romney 45%

Obama 51.5% vs Gingrich 39.1%

Obama 50.5% vs Santorum 40.3%

Obama 47.5% vs Paul 41.7%

These are the most interesting numbers to me. Ron Paul is the only one that comes close other than Romney. These numbers show that Gingrich and Santorum are both quite unelectable against Obama. This information also shows that Romney is probably shaking in his boots right now. The status quo is so afraid of Ron Paul! That is why you only hear the media ONLY mentioning Gingrich and Romney, they're pretending that Ron Paul is just some old kook and that people are not listening to him. But, we ARE listening, people are beginning to wake up and realize what's so wrong with this country, that we as citizens have let the government sneak into our homes and personal lives.

Romney should be VERY worried at this point. Ron Paul can beat him. I think that Ron Paul is more attractive to more people. The only reason the Romney is ahead at the moment is because his supports are main stream...and he's filthy stinkin' rich. But again, there's another reason he's MORE electable than Romney. Paul is more trustworthy. Romney (just like his business dealings) is very shady, he's very rehersed and plastic.

Don't forget: in PRIMARY states, you must be a registered republican to vote. In CAUCUS states, it doesn't matter which party you belong to.

News Clippings

Just moments ago, Rick Santorum checked his three-year-old daughter into a Philly hospital. Isabella Santorum, suffers from a chromosomal condition called Trisomy 18. Santorum cancelled several events in Florida on sunday. Although I don't agree with the man across the board, my prayers are with him and his family, I hope she's ok.

Also, just moments before the Santorum thing broke this evening, former republican candidate, Herman Cain has officially announced his endorsement of Newt Gingrich.
My two cents: This should hurt Gingrich. But it probably won't. It should hurt him because if we haven't forgotten so quickly, Herman Cain was accoused by several...several women of sexual abuse. It's pretty much the reason Cain dropped out of the race. So now we have a serial liar/horn-dog/ladies man/cheater endorsing Newt Gingrich who cheated on and then divorced his first two wives while they were in the hospital fighting deadly illnesses.
Newt was in Florida today touting his 'conservative' record. "We have to have a conservative" Gingrich said at Aloma Baptist Church. Good, he just endorsed Ron Paul. Paul is the most conservative one of the four candidates still in it. Gingirch has been seen everywhere praising Obamacare and the bailouts. Let's not forget what Santorum noted: He shared a couch with Nancy Pelosi!!! Not to mention the whole 'language of the ghetto' thing, I won't even go there. Needless to say, Herman Cain's endorsement won't help Gingrich because Gingrich was going to lose anyway, now, he will lose badly!

Mitt Romney is just a complete liar. The worse thing about it is, that he's good at it. Mitt Romney will only make things worse. More war (probably with Iran, possibly with Pakistan, North Korea, and Venezuela, and from there you get WWIII), and in turn more debt, and more spending. Our country will not be safer. We will be put in danger in Mitt Romney is elected. If Gingrich is elected. If Santorum is elected. Only Ron Paul should be elected. He will literally solve all the country's problems.
Ron Paul is a true patriot and bilieves in the constitution.

Ron Paul, the RE-founding Father

I'm pretty sure that the founding fathers would be proud of one, and ONLY one politician: of course, Ron Paul.
Strickly adhearing to the constitution, Ron Paul advocates a non-interventionist foreign policy. Ron Paul would bring home all of the troops from around the world. This, not only would increase our own safety, but enable us to better protect our own boarders. The key focus in this foreign policy is us...as in U.S., focus is totally on us. Bring the troops home to protect our boarders, not the boarders of Afghanistan and Pakistan, North and South Korea, Iraq and Iran. Nay-sayers might say "This foreign policy is dangerous." I say: HOW!? All of our troops on our own boarders? How is this dangerous...it sounds like the safest thing we could do!
Same-sex marriage, Abortion
This is where Ron Paul sold me his message. Personally I'm pro-choice, and pro-same-sex marriage. But here's the thing, why on Earth is same-sex marriage even an issue?! The Federal Government should not have ANY role in its citizens' personal lives. Period. End of story. This is an issue that should be left to the states. In other words, in some states it would be legal and in some states it would illegal. Fair and Square. He feels the same about abortion.
War on Drugs
This was also a selling point to me. I should point out that in '08, I voted for Barack Obama. But it was also during that '08 campaign that Ron Paul first got my attention. Since then I have done my own research. I re-registered to vote as a 'non-affiliated' voter. This year, I re-registered again as a republican, for the sole purpose of being able to vote for Ron Paul in my state's (Oregon) primary on May 15th.
Anyway, the war on drugs. Ron Paul has realized that the war on drugs has failed. There are better ways to go about this and throwing money at it hasn't helped, it's only made things worse. By ending drug prohibition, crime would actually go down. As a physician Paul believes in treating drug addiction as a medical problem, not as a criminal act.
Marijuana
Ron Paul favors the right of patients to use medical marijuana. Federal agents raiding medical marijuana dispenseries is unconstitutional. He also advocates growing industrial hemp. Farmers have demanded to grown industrial hemp for decades. Hemp is a viable replacement to timber. It's cheaper, grows quicker, and industrial hemp is not the same hemp that is smoked.

Ron Paul is the most appealing in 2012 race for White House

It cannot be ignored any longer.

Ron Paul is the most appealing contender in the GOP race for the White House.

His views are completely sane and relevant to the situation that our contry is currently in. A national debt that keeps getting worse by the minute, an endless war in Afghanistan, a proxy war in Pakistan, a cold war (for now) with Iran. We still have bases all over Germany, bases all over Japan, bases all over South Korea, bases all over the middle east. Ron Paul is an ideologically consistent, fiscally conservative, TRUE republican. Republicans used to be the anti-war party. Spreading ourselves too thing across the globe will only make us more vulerable to attack, and will only embolden the redical extremists. If we bring home every one of our troops we can than better protect our own boarders.

His performance in the CNN debate on thrusday night was flawless as usual. He stuck to his guns and as always made all the other candidates look childish. While Romney and Gingrich sparred over who benefitted the most from which bail out, Ron Paul kept it simple: "this subject doesn't really interest me...but the question does...the question is, what are we going to do about Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac. It should have been auctioned off right after the crash came. It would have been cleansed by now." Perfect answer! The only answer.

So why on Earth would anyone vote against Ron Paul?

Here's another good one from Paul as he corners Newt and make him look like a total liar, this is from the end of the video that's posted on my previous blog post. "I want to make a quick comment, because Newt's mentioned this quite a few times about balancing the budget for four times. I went back and looked at the record. The budget was -- the national debt during those four years actually went up about a trillion dollars. What he's talking about is, he doesn't count the money he takes out of Social Security. So, Reagan nor you had a truly balanced budget because the national debt goes up, and that's what we pay the interest on. So I think you've stretched that a little bit more than you should have."

There ARE alternatives, do your own research. Don't vote for somone just because everyone else is voting for that person. Vote for who YOU believe in, otherwise what's the point?!

The GOP candidates debate Jan. 26th, 2012

Ron Paul's debate performance was amazing as usual. Her stuck to his guns on everything that was thrown at him. Here's a vid from CNN.com of Dr. Paul totally shutting Newt Gingrich down regarding Gingrich's claim of 'balancing the budget for four years'

Liberty or Death!

I must say that this election cycle has proven to be very dirty and rough...and we haven't even reached super Tuesday yet.

A of now, there are four candidates that remain in the race: former Governor of Massachusetts Mitt Romney, former Speaker of the House Newt Gingrich, Congressman Ron Paul of Texas, and former Senator from Pennsylvania Rick Santorum.

The one thing that sticks out to me in this election is how 'plastic' all the candidates are, with one glaring exception: Ron Paul.

Here's a man who served in the Air Force during Vietnam (the only candidate who's a veteran), who has been elected to congress 11 times, who is the most consistant candidate, and only candidate that doesn't sound rehersed. Ron Paul gives honest answers from his heart and mind, not memorized zingers that were re-approved by his election committee.

He does not take money from lobbyists. He is the only Republican candidate calling for an end to all foreign wars. He is the only one with a sound enough mind to drastically cut spending and bring all the troops home, thus, bulstering national defense. Bring the troops home and instead of protecting the boarders of Afghanistan or Iraq or South Korea, we should bring 'em home and protect our own boarders.

Ron Paul is the ONLY candidate that believes the government should have NO role in the personal lives of its citizens.

If you call Ron Paul an 'isolationist' then clearly you have no idea what the word mean, and you clearly have not done your research. Ron Paul is a non-interventionist. Meaning: not medling in the internal affairs of other sovereign nations, and not getting involved in entangling treaties. Calling Ron Paul an isolationist would be like calling your neighbor a hermit just because he doesn't come to your property and smash your windows.

People say that his foreign policy is dangerous. They're wrong. Getting the U.S. out of the affairs of other nations may even solve some big issues. Imagine if some other country, say Russia or China decided to try and push us around and influence us...we wouldn't like it, would we? So imagine us right now, influencing events in the middle east and pushing them around...

The sooner we leave, the better.

I was once a democrat. I jumped on the band wagon in 2008 and voted for Brarack Obama. Since then I, like many, have grown tired of the same old two parties that seem to never be able to get anything done in Washington. I registered as an 'unaffiliated' voter in 2010, and just last week registered as a republican for the sole purpose of voting for Ron Paul.
